This bio-warfare scientist died of natural causes on August 6 of this year. Karma might be a bitch for this one; he was involved in many top-secret projects, such as the mock New York subway attack which used powdered bacteria and he worked to develop and test delivery systems for anthrax and smallpox. Ugly stuff...so we here at SC&C think he did actually die of natural causes given his age and here's to one less war monger on the face of earth.
