MKULTRA was a CIA mindcontrol and chemical interrogation program that began in the 50's and ran through the 60's. The public became aware of this program when it came to the attention of the U.S Congress in 1975 during a series of investigations. CIA director at the time, Richard Helms, tried to hamper the investigation, even ordering MKULTRA documents to be destroyed.
However, not all documents were destroyed and many have been declassified and can be viewed. Here is a link to some formerly classified MKULTRA documents:
This is for anybody who feels that our government wouldn't use us as guinea pigs; they have and they will.
